1. Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your purchase date. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
2. Content Access Threshold
A refund may only be granted if you have accessed less than 20% of the total course content. We track content completion automatically. If you have completed more than 20% of the course, you have had a substantial opportunity to evaluate the content, and the purchase is considered final.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
The following are explicitly non-refundable:
- Purchases where more than 20% of content has been accessed
- Requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase
- Bundle packages after any individual course within the bundle has been significantly accessed
- Courses purchased during promotional or discounted periods (sale prices)
- Requests citing personal preference without a valid technical or quality concern

Include your full name, email address, course name, and order date. Requests will be reviewed within 3โ5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7โ14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
6. Course Exchange
As an alternative to a refund, you may request an exchange for another course of equal or lesser value within the same 7-day window. Course exchanges are subject to the same content access conditions.
7. Technical Issues
If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing purchased content and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the access percentage.
